(Effective 6.1.2025-6.30.2026) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Agreement for services are established to provide a coordinated and comprehensive state <br />and local program of services for persons with developmental disabilities in accordance with <br />Revised Code of Washington chapter 71A.14 with approved contractors. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 24, 2025. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved by August 11, 2025. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approve the Resolution authorizing the DD pass thru <br />contracts with Ability, AtWork, Compass, and Elmview.
