Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) <br />Page 1 of 22 <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />PHDD-002 <br />This Agreement for Services (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Kittitas County <br />(hereinafter “County”), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and AtWork! (hereinafter <br />“Contractor”). <br />The purpose of this Agreement is as follows: To provide a coordinated and comprehensive state and <br />local program of services for persons with developmental disabilities in accordance with Revised Code of <br />Washington chapter 71A.14. <br />The term of this Agreement shall be from June 1st, 2025, through June 30, 2026, unless the Agreement <br />is terminated early or its term is extended as provided herein. <br />The parties’ addresses and points of contact for the administration of this Agreement are as follows: <br />COUNTY <br />Kittitas County Public Health <br />507 N.
