BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-_______ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS FOR <br />SERVICES BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND ABILITY, ATWORK!, COMPASS, <br />AND ELMVIEW <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD) wishes to enter into <br />Agreements for Services with AtWork!, Compass, Elmview, and Ability to <br />provide a coordinated and comprehensive state and local program of services for <br />persons with developmental disabilities in accordance with Chapter 71A.14 <br />RCW; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, AtWork!, Compass, Elmview, and Ability agree to provide services in Kittitas <br />County as discussed in Attachment A “Scope of Work” of each agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, KCPHD agrees to compensate AtWork!, Compass, Elmview, and Ability when <br />each submits itemized invoices, with an invoice date and number, with a <br />attached W-9, on the billing template provided by the Human Services <br />Department of KCPHD, to the County by the 25th of each month, in the amounts <br />stated, based on the type of service provided, not including travel and related <br />expenses, as discussed in Attachment B “Compensation” of each agreement; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this program shall commence on June 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, unless the <br />agreement is terminated early or its term is extended as provided in the attached <br />agreements, including their respective attachments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, KCPHD Developmental Disabilities Administrative Specialist shall be the <br />contact for Kittitas County, and each individual agreement lists the contacts for <br />AtWork!, Compass, Elmview, and Ability. Each of these agreements with their <br />respective attachments in full are attached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Boards’ signature on the Agreements for <br />Services between Kittitas County and AtWork!, Compass, Elmview, and Ability. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DATED this __________ day of ___________________, 2025, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
