(Effective dates: <br />05/01/25-05/30/26) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Contractor will purchase an 8-unity property currently under development at 211 S Pearl St. in <br />Ellensburg, WA. Resident income will not exceed 60% AMI, with availability to serve between <br />30% and 50% AMI. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved 07.30.25. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved 08.11.25. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a Resolution to approve a PSA between Kittitas <br />County HopeSource and Pearl Street Affordable Housing Project Funding.
