Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />September 2, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the signature of the Public Health Director on the <br />Consolidated Contract Amendment 4. (Effective 01/01/2025-12/31/2027) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Consolidated Contract is the vehicle used by the Washington State Department of Health to <br />channel state authorized funding for programs and services to the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Department. The amendment amends the following: <br /> <br />Adds Statements of Work for the following programs: <br />Infectious Disease Syndemic Prevention Services-SSP- Effective July 1, 2025 <br />Office of Drinking Water Group B Program-Effective July 1, 2025 <br /> <br />Amends Statements of Work for the following programs: <br />Office of Drinking Water Group A Program-Effective January 1, 2025 <br /> <br />Exhibit B-4 Allocations, attached and incorporated by this reference, amends and replaces <br />Exhibit B-3 Allocations as follows: <br />Increase e of $56,419.00 for a revised maximum consideration of $2,448,030.00. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved 07.24.25 <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved 08.11.25. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the signature of the Public Health Director on the <br />Consolidated Contract Amendment 4.
