AUGUST 25, 2025 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> Others: Jodi Larsen, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of <br />the Board; Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Josh <br />Fredrickson, Public Works Director; Jessica Miller, Office <br />Administrator; Zane Kinney, Asst Director IT Dept; Bill Davis, <br />Infrastructure MGR IT Dept., Doug Fessler, Director IT Dept; Amy <br />McGuffin, Chamber of Commerce, and one member of the public. <br /> REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br />At 9:00 a.m. Commissioner Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending August 22, 2025. <br /> REQUEST DOR Form REV 64 0049 COMMISSIONERS <br />Jessica Miller requested approval for the Board of Equalization to <br />convene for the purpose of hearing public appeals regarding property <br />tax for the current year. Commissioner Wright moved to approve and <br />sign the Department of Revenue Form REV 64 0049. Commissioner <br />Wachsmith seconded.
