AUGUST 14, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner <br />Brett Wachsmith. Excused: Vice-Chairman Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Patti Stacey, <br />Facilities Director; Jodi Larsen, Office Administrator. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE <br />APPROVE PAF’S & VOUCHERS AUDITOR <br />Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting to consider and <br />approve PAF’s and Vouchers, as well as a legal notice. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve the following vouchers <br />as presented: <br />Warrants #810410612 through #810410616 amounting to $10,496.42. <br />Warrants #810410647 through #810410648 amounting to $32,397.45. <br />Warrants #810410461 through #810410611 amounting to <br />$1,220,698.85. <br />Department of Revenue and Enterprise FM Trust in the amount of <br />$49,730.10. Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve Personnel Action Forms <br />(PAF) for the following: Cameron Curtis, Colleen Hauser, Whitney <br />Wheelock, Melissa Taylor, Michael Grissom, and Casey Lumsden, as <br />presented. Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />APPROVE CALL FOR BIDS – S&R / EOC SOLID WASTE <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Staff to <br />publish a notice for sealed bids for the Search & Rescue / EOC <br />Facility, to be opened on September 18, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the <br />Commissioners’ Auditorium Room #109, Kittitas County Courthouse <br />205 W. 5th Ave. Chairman Osiadacz seconded.
