AUGUST 11, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz (Webex) and <br />Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. Excused: Vice-Chairman Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Commissioner Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Amy McGuffin, Chamber CEO shared that the Washington Chamber of <br />Commerce Conference is this week and being hosted in Ellensburg. She <br />stated that the Director of Commerce and the Governor will be in <br />town. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending August 8, 2025. <br /> <br />REQUEST CLOSURE FOR EMPLOYEE LUNCH COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board requested approval to notify <br />Departments and Offices that they are encouraged to close their <br />Departments/Offices from 12:00 p.m. -1:30 p.m., on September 30, <br />2025 to allow all staff to attend the Annual County Employee <br />Appreciation Luncheon.
