Excused: Vice-Chairman Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Zack DeHaven, Budget & <br />Finance Director; Patti Stacey, Facilities Maintenance Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – None. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending July 25, 2025. <br /> <br />DECISION REET 1 OBLIGATION LOWER COUNTY TRANSFER AUDITOR <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to solidify a level of debt service for <br />the Lower County Transfer Station utilizing the REET 1 (Real Estate <br />Excise Tax First Quarter of a percent) funding stream at 75% of the <br />debt service required for the duration of loan PC23-96103-132. <br />Chairman Osiadacz seconded.
