BOARD OF' COU}ITY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />NO.2025- <br />RESOLUTION TO ADOPT AN AMENDMENT TO THE DRY CAMPING RATE <br />AT THE KITTITAS COUNTY FAIR <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Fair Board has the authority to establish the various rates, discounts, <br />packages, policies, and procedures pertaining to the Kittitas County Fair (the Fair); and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has the authority to ratiff such <br />decisions by resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the residents of Kittitas County benefit from having published rate structures and <br />procedures pertaining to the Fair; and <br />WHEREAS, dry camping during the Kittitas County Fair and Ellensburg Rodeo will be charged at a <br />total of $40.00 per night; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is scheduled for Juen 3,2025 for public comment; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, hereby adopts the proposed amendment to the Kiffitas County Fair Dry Camping <br />Rate effective on June 4,2025, which is incorporated by reference. <br />4 day of <br />ch,[^lt <br />the Board <br />,A <br />sl <br />O,J <br />2025, at Ellensburg, Washington <br />BOARD OF COTINTY COMMISSIONERS <br />, WASHINGTON <br />V <br />ABSENT <br />Commissioner <br />,l <br />I <br />l0s
