<br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />DATE: August 5, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of updates to the 2026-2031 Capital Improvement Plan <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: CDS staff have prepared the 2026-2031 Capital Improvement Plan. The plan is used to <br />identify and anticipate County infrastructure needs and potential funding sources. The <br />Washington State Growth Management Act requires all participating jurisdictions to <br />update this plan annually.
