Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br /> <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />BOCC AGENDA <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: August 5, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Roslyn Ridge PUD Phase <br />1-2 Long Plat (LPF-25-00004 & PD-24-00001). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Preliminary Short Plat & PUD was approved on March 4, 2025 through <br />Ordinance 2025-002. This long plat covers approximately 22.84 acres via Double O <br />Road. <br /> <br /> The applicant submitted the final plat application on May 6, 2025, requesting final <br />mylar approval for the Roslyn Ridge PUD Ph 1-2 Plat. This Plat creates 12 additional <br />lots from the existing 1 lot for a total of 13 lots. The proposed lots range in size from <br />0.45 acres to 13.31 acres. Staff reviewed the final mylar with supporting <br />documentation and find that it is consistent with the preliminary approval documents. <br />The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing departments, and all signatures have <br />been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, Public <br />Health, and Assessor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Roslyn Ridge <br />PUD Ph 1-2 (LPF-25-00004 & PD-24-00001). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Roslyn Ridge PUD Ph 1-2 Plat (LPF-25-00004 & PD-24-00001) <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Bradley Gasawski, Planner I
