KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: July 1 st, 2025 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge Guardian RFID System Agreement <br />Addendum B Amendment. <br />BACKGROUND: Guardian RFID provides a system comprised of software, hardware, <br />support services, and a web -based software as a service platform to deliver a wide range <br />of inmate management, monitoring, and tracking solutions. This system allows, among <br />other things, inmate tracking capabilities, predictive and prescriptive analytics to achieve <br />100% round compliance on all cell checks, and a comprehensive system of digital <br />documentation that includes photo and video evidence. This Amendment is to show the <br />added $1,400.00 for 4Sight integration scheduled to be included in our Dec25 renewal. <br />The remainder of this year would be free of charge for the 4Sight Integration <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved this amendment. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge Guardian RFID System Agreement Addendum <br />B Amendment. <br />HANDLING: No Handling <br />LEAD STAFF: LEC Duncan. <br />
