KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: July 1, 2025 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Statement of Qualifications for On - <br />call Task Order Consultants Providing Professional <br />Services to Public Works (2026 — 2028): Civil Engineering <br />Design, Structural Engineering Design, Construction <br />Engineering Services, Environmental Permitting Services, <br />Geotechnical Engineering and Testing Services, Hydraulic <br />and Hydrology Services, Transportation Planning Services, <br />Material Testing Services, Archaeological Evaluation <br />Services, and Right -of -Way Services. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Public Works current On -call Task Order roster is nearing <br />completion (December 31, 2025). Public Works desires <br />soliciting for a variety of professional services for the <br />2026-2028 period. Public Works has prepared a Statement <br />of Qualifications that is now ready for publishing and <br />Board of County Commission authorization to issue said <br />Statement of Qualifications. Responses from qualified <br />consultants are due Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 10:00am. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authorize the issuance of the Statement of Qualifications as <br />requested by Public Works. <br />HANDLING: <br />Return one original to Public Works. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Notice of Request for Statement of Qualifications; <br />Statement of Qualifications <br />LEAD STAFF: Cameron Curtis, County Engineer. <br />
