KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Sheriff’s Office <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 17, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interagency Agreement between the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office <br />and the City of Cle Elum’s Fire Department for Fire Investigation <br />Services. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Cle Elum Fire Department needs support conducting Fire <br />Investigation related services. The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office <br />has the institutional capacity and the employees with the expertise to <br />provide such support. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and approved the agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interagency Agreement between the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and <br />the Cle Elum Fire District for Fire Investigation Services. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO.
