KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 17th, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to acknowledge the contract between the Kittitas <br />County Jail and Community Health of Central Washington. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Contract/Grant Summary: The purpose of this Agreement is to <br />establish the terms and conditions under which CHCW shall provide Substance Use <br />Disorder (SUD) screening services to inmates held at the Kittitas County Jail, in <br />furtherance of public health goals and alignment with CHCW’s federally approved scope <br />of project and Section 330 grant requirements. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved this amendment. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to acknowledge the Contract between the Kittitas <br />County Jail and Community Health of Central Washington. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 fully executed original to KCSO. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: LT.
