The purpose of <br />this contract is to provide rTCM (Reentry Targeted Case Management) to those incarcerated who qualify <br />for services through Washington State Medicaid. Our staff will be assessing, checking eligibility, <br />enrolling/reinstating qualified individuals within the first 24 hours they are booked, and will have <br />Medicaid services through the first 90 days of their incarceration.
