KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: June 17th, 2025 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to acknowledge the contract between the Kittitas <br />County Jail and Coordinated Care of Washington INC. <br />BACKGROUND: Contract/Grant Summary: This contract is part of the 1115 Medicaid <br />Reentry Initiative. The purpose of this contract is to provide rTCM (Reentry Targeted <br />Case Management) to those incarcerated who qualify for services through Washington <br />State Medicaid. Our staff will be assessing, checking eligibility, enrolling/reinstating <br />qualified individuals within the first 24 hours they are booked, and will have Medicaid <br />services through the first 90 days of their incarceration. Coordinated Care will be <br />coordinating with our staff to provide case management to those who qualify to increase <br />reentry services for both health and social settings.. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved this amendment. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to acknowledge the Contract between the Kittitas <br />County Jail and Coordinated Care of Washington INC. <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 fully executed original to KCSO. <br />LEAD STAFF: LT.
