JUNE 9, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chair Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Patti Stacey, Facilities Maintenance Director, and one <br />member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – N/A. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending June 6, 2025. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT KITTITAS COUNTY/BORARCHITECTURE SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve and authorize Board signature <br />on a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />BORArchitecture to provide Architectural Services for the <br />construction of the Search and Rescue/EOC. Commissioner Wachsmith <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS HORTICULTURE PEST & DISEASE BOARD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve the reappointments of Ben Kern <br />and Urban Eberhart to the Kittitas County Horticulture Pest and <br />Disease Board for a two-year term effective 7/1/2025 and expiring <br />6/30/2027; and to appoint Harold Austin for a two-year term
