MAY 29, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Shelise Smithgall, Administrative Assistant; Patricia Todd, <br />Deputy Prosecutor III; Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy; Josh <br />Fredrickson, Public Works Director; Zack DeHaven, Budget & Finance <br />Director; Bryan Elliot, Auditor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would enter into an Executive Session for 15 <br />minutes under RCW 42.30.110(i) To discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:15 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 11:15 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess <br />back into an Executive Session for 10 minutes, under RCW <br />42.30.110(i) To discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential <br />litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member <br />acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, <br />when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result <br />in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. No <br />action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:25 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />Meeting concluded at 11:25 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
