BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTTON No. 2o2s - ll4 <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIROS SIGNATURE ON COUNTY ROAD <br />ADMINISTRATION BOARD RURAL ARTERIAL PROJECT AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE REECER CREEK RD OVER TOWNE DITCH PROJECT, CRP 322-24 <br />WHEREAS: Reecer Creek Rd over Towne Ditch appears on the County's adopted six- <br />year transportation plan; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works solicited and has received Rural Arterial Trust Account <br />(RATA) funding award from the County Road Administration Board <br />(CRAB) through the Rural Arterial Program (RAP) for the Reecer Creek <br />Rd over Towne Ditch project; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works was notified by CRAB on May 14,2025 of $841,360 in <br />funding had been awarded; and <br />WHEREAS: The County is required to enter into a project agreement with CRAB <br />accepting project funds; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in <br />the best interest of the public, does hereby authoize the Chair's signature <br />on County Road Administration Board Rural Arterial Project Agreement <br />for Construction Proposal for the Reecer Creek Rd over Towne Ditch <br />project from mile point 0.76 - mile point 0.93, CRP 322-24. <br />DATED on this 3rd day of June,2025, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COLTNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COLTNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Chairman <br />n the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Cory Wright,Vice-Chairman <br />t"prtyClerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />\
