BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2025-_______ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO ADOPT AN AMENDMENT TO THE DRY CAMPING RATE <br />AT THE KITTITAS COUNTY FAIR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Fair Board has the authority to establish the various rates, discounts, <br />packages, policies, and procedures pertaining to the Kittitas County Fair (the Fair); and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has the authority to ratify such <br />decisions by resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the residents of Kittitas County benefit from having published rate structures and <br />procedures pertaining to the Fair; and <br />WHEREAS, dry camping during the Kittitas County Fair and Ellensburg Rodeo will be charged at a <br />total of $40.00 per night; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is scheduled for Juen 3, 2025 for public comment; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, hereby adopts the proposed amendment to the Kittitas County Fair Dry Camping <br />Rate effective on June 4, 2025, which is incorporated by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />DATED this __________ day of ____________________, 2025, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />_____________________________ <br />☐ Clerk of the Board __________________________________________ <br />☐ Deputy Clerk of the Board Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Vice-Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Commissioner <br />
