(Effective Date: <br />07/15/2021-12/31/2026) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The PSA amendment between HopeSource and Kittitas County is established for distribution of <br />homelessness surcharge funds awarded up to $750,000.00 and will be used solely for the <br />purposes described in the original contract. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved 05.15.25. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved 05.21.25. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a Resolution to approve the PSA between <br />HopeSource and Kittitas County for the Capital Improvement Project.
