Call to Order: 1:32PM <br />2. Citizen Comments – None <br />3. Review call for the Budget Memo (Decision) <br />Commissioner Wright makes a motion to approve the budget memo as presented by Mr. <br />Elliott, Commissioner Wachsmith seconded the motion and the motion passes unanimously <br /> <br />4. Update status of Cayenta software implementation (Discussion) <br />Mr. Elliott gave an update on the Cayenta Software implementation. The Time Entry feature has <br />been pushed till mid-June in favor of optimization. The Treasures office will implement the <br />Teller software on Aug 1st. <br /> <br />5. Finalize REET 1 funding Debt Obligation for Lower County Transfer Station (Decision) <br />Zack DeHaven recommended that the board finalize the level of REET 1 committed to fund the <br />Lower County Transfer Station. A resolution was previously approved for not less than 50% of <br />the loans payment to come from REET 1. The options presented included commitments of 50%, <br />75%, and 100%. Debt Service is expected to commence this year 2025 with the first payment in <br />the amount of $163K due on June first. Commissioners Osiadacz and Commissioner Wright <br />would like the impacts to the solid waste fee structure that would result from the options <br />presented. <br /> <br />No decision made – More information regarding impact to solid waste fee structure <br />requested.
