AMENDMENT 1 TO AGREEMENT K5O6O <br />The washington state Department of Agriculture (wsDA) Agreement K5060 by and between <br />WSDA and kittitas County is amended under the provisions of the amendments clause and by <br />mutual consent of all parties. Agreement K5060, executed March 26,2024, awarded $250,000 to <br />Kittitas County to design and lay out utilities for a new RV Park' <br />Subsequenly, Kittitas County notified WSDA that an extension on the project completion date <br />would be necessary because of delays related to the electrical work due to ongoing negotiations <br />*itn tft" C1y of Ellensburg regarding ihe scope of power line_upgrades and location, the transition <br />from single-phase to three-phasL powei and future EV charging locations (new code <br />requirement). <br />ThC GMNT END DATE, PROJECT COMPLETION DATE, QUARTERLY REPORTS ANd LACK <br />oF ADEQUATE PROGRESS sections are amended as follows [in bold]: <br />7. Grant End Date - June 30,2025. <br />9. Project Must Be Completed By - June 30,2025' <br />l l b.euarterly Reports - By May 31,2025, Grantee must affirm in writing that the <br />project will b6 completed Oy.tune 30, 2025, unless Grantee has prior submitted <br />a Certified Project Completion Report. <br />12.
