KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 20, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interlocal Agreement between the City of Cle Elum and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s <br />Office for the lease of their facility. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Cle Elum wish to <br />renew their joint Agreement to lease the City of Cle Elum’s old Public Works shop <br />facility to house the Search and Rescue Program. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved <br />this Interlocal Agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Interlocal <br />Agreement between the City of Cle Elum and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office for the <br />lease of their facility. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return one signed original to the Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
