KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 20, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge a Memorandum of Understanding <br />between the Transaction Record Analysis Center and The Kittitas County Sheriff’s <br />Office to participate as a Participating Agency, which allows us the use of this tool to <br />track large amounts of money. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Transaction Record Analysis Center offers participants the use of <br />their data to track large amounts of money. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: This Memorandum of Understanding was reviewed and approved by <br />the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge a Memorandum of Understanding between the <br />Transaction Record Analysis Center and The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office to <br />participate as a Participating Agency, which allows us the use of this tool to track large <br />amounts of money. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Sheriff’s Office will provide one original to BOCC once fully executed. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
