The professional services agreement covers <br />the remaining design and construction services for the Ellensburg Rodeo <br />Arena project, continuing work from a 50% complete Design <br />Development package delivered in August 2024. The total cost is <br />$984,973.00 (plus $20,000 in reimbursable expenses) as outlined and <br />detailed in Exhibit D. All expenses for this agreement are to be covered <br />by Department of Commerce Local Community Projects grants. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Kittitas Valley Event Center <br /> Facilities/Maintenance <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommend that the Commissioners approve the professional <br />services agreement with ALSC Architects. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 – BOCC <br /> 1 – Kittitas Valley Event Center <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement <br /> Exhibit D <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Kady Porterfield, CFE – Event Center Director <br />
