The professional services agreement covers <br />the remaining design and construction services for the Ellensburg Rodeo <br />Arena project, continuing work from a 50% complete Design <br />Development package delivered in August 2024. The total cost is <br />$984,973.00 (plus $20,000 in reimbursable expenses) as outlined and <br />detailed in Exhibit D.
