KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: May 20th, 2025 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve the contract between the Kittitas County <br />Jail and Westwood Pharmacy. <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this contract is to allow Westwood Pharmacy to <br />receive medication orders from KCSO providers and fill prescriptions. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved this amendment. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between the Kittitas County Jail and Westwood Pharmacy <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 fully executed original to KCSO. <br />LEAD STAFF: LEC Devin Duncan <br />
