MAY 5, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chair Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Zane Kinney, Assistant IT Director; and three members <br />of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – N/A. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending May 2, 2025. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION BOYS & GIRLS CLUB SCHOOL ZONING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Jeff & Ann Leichleiter provided handouts and explained that they had <br />a meeting with CDS on April 16, 2025, for their Pre-App regarding <br />the planned Boys and Girls Club location in Upper County. Mr. <br />Leichleiter stated that they were informed that the location is not <br />zoned for its current use (Cle Elum – Roslyn School). He stated that <br />they are requesting from the Commissioners that the code be changed <br />for the zoning and have it expedited, as it is affecting grants they <br />are applying for. He stated they really can’t wait until the end of <br />the year. The Board agreed they were in support of the request and <br />Commissioner Wachsmith was tasked with working with CDS to work <br />through solutions to resolve the issue. <br />
