BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />xo.2ozs- tfiz <br />RESOLUTION TO ADOPT AMENDMENTS TO RATES <br />AT THE KITTITAS COUNTY FAIR <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Fair Board has the authority to establish the various rates, discounts' <br />packages, policies, and procedures pertaining to the Kittitas County Fair (the Fair); and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has the authority to ratify such <br />decisions by resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the residents of Kittitas County benefit from having published rate structures and <br />procedures pertaining to the Fair; and <br />WHEREAS, the new rate sheet is attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, a continued Public Hearing is scheduled for April 1,2025 for public comment; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, hereby adopts the proposed amendments to the Kittitas County Fair Rates effective <br />on April 2,2025, which is affached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br />BE IT F1RTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners rescinds Resolution <br />23-66 as the Kittitas County Fair now charges entry fees per animal shown instead of bedding fees. <br />DATED this lsf day of 2025, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />ATTEST:BOARD OF COTINTY COMMISSIONERS <br />, WASHINGTON <br />of <br />n Deputy Clerk of the Board <br />ri
