KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: May 6, 2025 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing for May 20, 2025, at <br />2:00 pm local time to consider a Lease with Redline <br />Powder and Metal Design for property located at the <br />Kittitas County Airport, Bowers Field. <br />BACKGROUND: Redline Powder and Metal Design requested a land <br />lease at Bowers Field within the industrial area. This <br />request is for property outside the aeronautical fenced <br />area, on land which is intended for industrial and <br />business development. <br />Redline Powder and Metal Design desires to enter a <br />new Lease for Lot C-25 within the industrial area of <br />Bowers Field. A lease has been drafted at the standard <br />rate of $0.14 per square foot.
