Kittitas County <br />District Court, Upper <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />5/6/2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request to Approve Lease Agreement for Postage Machine for UDC $50.00 per month for a 60 month term. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Request to renew contact for Postage Machine for UDC <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />APS provides the Postage Machine for UDC. The new contract has been submitted to legal for review and <br />has been approved. A draft resolution has been prepared. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />I recommend that the BOCC set a public hearing to consider the renewal of Upper Kittitas County District <br />Court Lease agreement for APS- Postage Machine on 5/6/2025 at 2:00pm in the commissioners auditorium, <br />and to authorize the clerk to publish said notice. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Please return originals to UDC for final signature.
