KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: May 6, 2025 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the amended Professional Services <br />Agreement Between Kittitas County and CompassDirect Healthcare. <br />BACKGROUND: The original Professional Service Agreement was approved by the <br />Board of County Commissioners on April 4, 2024. This Amendment is to add an <br />additional Clinical Staff Member (nursing staff) for 2 days a weekend, 20 hours a week, <br />as well as an extension of the contract and adjustments to the overall compensation. This <br />is funded by the 1/10th of 1 % Mental Health tax funding managed by Kittitas County <br />Public Health. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the amended Professional Services <br />Agreement Between Kittitas County and CompassDirect Healthcare. <br />- , HANDLING: Return one fully executed original to the Sheriff's Office. <br />LEAD STAFF: Lt.
