APRIL 14, 2025 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chair Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Shelise Smithgall, Administrative Assistant; Bryan <br />Elliott, Auditor, and one member of the public. <br /> REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT – N/A. <br /> CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending April 11, 2025. <br /> PROCLAMATION TELECOMMUNICATORS WEEK 4/13-4/19 COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve a Proclamation for National <br />Public Safety Telecommunicators Week April 13 – April 19, 2025, as <br />presented. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> DISCUSSION VOLUNTEERS CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE COMMISSIONERS <br />Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator, reviewed the makeup of the <br />Citizens Advisory Committee on Elected Official Salaries and <br />reminded the Board of the upcoming deadline for accepting <br />applications.
