BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE AMENDMENT EXECUTION TO THE <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND CENTRAL <br />WASHINGTON DISABILITY RESOURCES <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-____ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County and Central Washington Disability Resources (CWDR) <br />entered into a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) on August 1, 2024 <br />in order to pass through School to Work program funding; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the PSA authorizes modifications that are in writing and signed by the <br />parties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the original funder, the Department of Social and Health Services Division <br />of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), is extending the Kittitas County <br />contract term and decreasing the total funding amount, which requires the <br />amendment to the pass through subcontract with CWDR; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County and CWDR desire to amend the contract in the manner <br />detailed in the attached contract amendment that is hereby incorporated by <br />this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners <br />hereby adopts the amendment to PSA between Kittitas County and CWDR to develop the <br />School to Work program attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this day of 2025. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Chair <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________ <br />ATTEST: Cory Wright, Vice-Chair <br /> <br />
