Washington Association of 3060 Willamette Drive NE <br />Lacey, WA 98516 <br />SHERIFFS & 360-486-2380 (Phone) <br />POLICE CHIEFS 360www. 381 (Fax) <br />ww.waspc.org <br />President <br />February 28, 2025 <br />Chief Darrell Lowe <br />City of Redmond <br />President -Elect <br />Sheriff John Nowels <br />Spokane County <br />The WASHINGTON ASSOCIATION OF SHERIFFS AND POLICE <br />Vice President <br />CHIEFS (WASPC) and the Kittitas County Sheriffs Office agree to enter <br />Chief Rafael Padilla <br />into this contract for the purpose of Kittitas County Sheriffs Jail achieving <br />City of Kent <br />initial jail accreditation through the WASPC Law Enforcement Accreditation <br />Past President <br />Program. <br />Sheriff Kevin Morris <br />Douglas County <br />Upon successful completion of the initial accreditation process, the Kittitas <br />Treasurer <br />Chief Damon Simmons <br />County Sheriffs Office agrees to pay WASPC a fee of $2,500.00. Agencies <br />City of Liberty Lake <br />obtaining initial accreditation status after June 1st may receive a pro -rated fee. <br />Executive Board <br />The Kittitas County Sheriffs Office also agrees to pay an annual fee of <br />Chief Cole Lynnwood <br />City of Lynnwood <br />$2,500.00* beginning January 1st of the following year after initial <br />g g rY g Y <br />accreditation.
