<br />The objective of the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2024 Homeland Securlty Grant Program (24HSGP) is to fund state, local, tribal, and territorial
<br />offorts• ta.prevent, protect against, and respond to terrorist attacks, and prepare the nation for threats and hazards that pose the greatest risk
<br />to the security of the United States. 24HSGP provides funding to implement Investments that build, sustaln, and deliver the core capabilities
<br />essential to aohleving the National Preparedness Goal of a prepared and resilient nation, 24HSGP supports core eapal*ltttlos across the five
<br />mission ar�aprevention,_protection, tr tigatlon,nanse, and reCOV9ry based on allowable costs,, HSGP is compJsed_e�heee_.
<br />In.tQraon.neetad-grant.programs:-State-Home]and-Security-P-rogrom-(SHSR)r-Urban Areas,Security-initintive{UASI),-and,Operatlon-Stohegarden'
<br />(OPSO). Together, those grant programs fund a range of preparedness activities, including planning, organlxation, equipment purchase,
<br />training, exercises, and management and administration.
<br />The Department is the Rootpientand Pass4hrough Entity of the 24HSGP DHS.Award Letterfor Grant No. EMW.2024�8&050213 ("Grant"), which
<br />is Incorporated in and attached berate as Attachment C and has Matto a subaward of Federal award funds to the Subrecipient pursuant to
