The Boating Safety Program funds are available to <br />assist the Sheriffs Office with local marine law enforcement efforts to reduce the number and severity <br />of recreational boating casualties of all types and ensure a safe and enjoyable boating environment for <br />all users. ln exchange for vessel registration fees, KCSO shall furnish marine patrol deputies in support of <br />these goals and certain matching funds as outlined in the agreement.
