JANUARY 06, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Commissioner Brett Wachsmith; Commissioner <br />Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright (via Webex). <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Shelise Smithgall, Admin Assistant; Jeanne Killgore, <br />HR Director and 1 member of the public <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Commissioner Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – NONE <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending January 3, 2025. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE HOOPER & SPARKS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Board signature <br />on Certificates of Appreciation to Judge L. Candace Hooper and Judge <br />Scott Sparks for dedicated service and commitment to the Citizens of <br />Kittitas County from 1/5/1987 – 1/12/2025 (Hooper); Certificate of <br />Appreciation to Judge Scott Sparks for dedicated service and <br />commitment to the Citizens of Kittitas County from 1/1/1998 – <br />12/31/2003 and then from 10/16/2004 – 1/12/2025, as presented. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded.
