BOARD OF COLTNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COLINTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />'O/'4 <br />. AAA <br />TO AWARD THE BID TO FURNISH F'UEL FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025 AND AUTHORIZE <br />THE COT]NTY ENGINEER TO SIGN CONTRACT DOCT]MENTS <br />WHEREAS: A Notice of Call for Bids was advertised for the furnishing of Fuel for Calendar Year <br />2025 onNovember 21,2024, and November 27,2024; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on December 5,2024, at2:00 p.m. in the Kittitas County Public <br />Works Department and two (2) bids were received, with one (1) bid deemed incomplete; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: The Public Works Department recommends that the responsible bid of A-1 Petroleum for <br />Schedule "A" and Schedule "B" be accepted; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best interest <br />of the public, does hereby award the bid to furnish Fuel for Calendar Year 2025 to A-1 Petroleum for <br />Schedule "A" and Schedule ooB" upon such terms and conditions as specified in the Proposal submitted by <br />said bidder(s). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Engineer is authorized to sign the contract documents <br />upon such terms and conditions specified in the Proposal submitted by said bidder(s). <br />DATED this 17th day of December 2024, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS <br />Brett Chair <br />of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />n Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Cory Wright, Commissroner
