Public Notice <br />Kittitas County, Ellensburg WA <br />Kittitas County is seeking proposals for the allocation of funds generated by the Document and Recording Surcharge and the <br />Affordable and Supportive Housing Sales and Use Tax Credit. These funds will be used to increase the available inventory <br />of affordable housing in Kittitas County through the acquisition, rehabilitation, and construction of affordable housing. <br />Kittitas County estimates that for 2025lhere will be an estimated $250,000.00.
