Fi natization of Resotu tion 2024-1 40 <br />Resotution 2024-140 witt not be finatized due to a clerical error in Section V. E. discovered <br />by Comprehensive Heatth after the Resotution was approved in the 8/6/24 BOCC Agenda <br />session. Comprehensive Heatth did not sign the agreement due to an incorrect budget <br />increase amount documented as $23+,145.28. The documents were then re-written with <br />the corrected budget amount of $465,762.95 and a new Resotution for this agreement was <br />approved at the 9/3/24 BOCC Agenda session. The corrected agreement for this contract <br />was approved by the Board under Resotution 2024-160, which is attached to this document <br />for reference.
