DECEMBER 3, 2024 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, Office <br />Administrator; Chad Bala, CDS Director; and Stephanie Hartung, Chief <br />Civil Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING CDS STUDY SESSIONS CDS <br />At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />Amending Kittitas County Code 2.04.010 to Allow Kittitas Community <br />Development Services Department to hold its Study Session <br />Independently from Kittitas County Department of Public Works on the <br />Established Date and Times Codified in the Code. <br /> CHAD BALA, CDS DIRECTOR, reviewed a proposed Ordinance that would <br />allow CDS to hold its own individual Study Session from the Kittitas <br />County Department of Public Works, at 2:30 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th <br />Monday of each month. <br /> THERE BEING NO PUBLIC IN ATTENDANCE, THE PUBLIC TESTIMONY PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> ORDINANCE 2024-009 CDS STUDY SESSIONS CDS VICE-CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ moved to approve Ordinance No. 2024-009, <br />Amending Kittitas County Code Chapter 2.04, Regarding the Kittitas <br />County Board of Commissioner’s Regularly Scheduled Kittitas County <br />Community Development Services Department Study Sessions. COMMISSIONER WRIGHT seconded.
