OCTOBER 22, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz; Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Shelise Smithgall, Administrative Assistant; Amy McGuffin, <br />Chief Executive Officer - Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING CHAMBER OF COMMERCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 1:30 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting to receive <br />a quarterly update from the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce <br />CEO/ADO. <br /> <br />Amy McGuffin, Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive <br />Officer, reviewed a quarterly report of Kittitas County’s vitals <br />including population and employment statistics and population and <br />employment projections to measure progress towards the county’s <br />desired future. She provided an update on the ADO Task Force, <br />Centerfuse, Thorp Mill and funding for COG, ADO, City of Ellensburg <br />tourism contract, and Kittitas County tourism contract.
