This amendment <br />request also includes additional design work, project management, and additional services during <br />the bidding phase as noted below. <br />1.0 CONSTRUCTION PHASE ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES <br />SCS will provide Kittitas County (County) construction phase support services including reviewing <br />shop drawings, responding to Request For Information (RFI’s), preparing design changes, providing <br />geotechnical engineering support, participation during project meetings, specialty inspection <br />services, geotechnical engineering, asbuilts, and participation in a final project walkthrough. <br />1.1 Project Management <br />SCS will provide project management services including subconsultant coordination, preparation of <br />monthly invoices, and participation in monthly check-in calls with the County. <br />Assumptions <br /> Project Management Services for a 15-month period. <br /> 2 hours per month for SCS PM and 2 hours per month for Lead Engineer <br /> Fifteen monthly invoices and check-in calls (30 mins each). <br />1.2 Submittal Review/RFI Responses/Design Change Notices <br />SCS will perform review of contractor submittals. SCS will prepare responses utilizing Owner <br />provided software (Trimble Project Sight). The estimated number of submittals by discipline is shown <br />below: <br /> Civil 56 <br /> Structural 10 <br /> Architectural 57 <br /> MEP 24 <br /> Total 147 Submittals <br />
