Kittitas County <br />Solid Waste <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />11/5/2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request Boards approval for Chairs Signature on the an Amendment with SCS Engineers for Construction <br />phase engineering support. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Kittitas County Solid Waste has been working with SCS Engineers for the past several years on the design <br />and permitting of the new transfer station. <br /> <br />This amendment will allow us to continue to use their engineering services as needed through the <br />construction and close out phase of the project. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />SCS Engineers, Prosecutors Office and Solid Waste. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend Boards approval for chairs signature on the Amendment of the SCS Engineers Contract. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Return a signed copy to Solid Waste. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Patti Stacey <br />
