KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: November 5, 2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited to install two new CCTV <br />cameras at the courthouse. <br />BACKGROUND: The original Professional Service Agreement was approved by the BOCC <br />on July 2, 2024. However, the cost did not include the sales tax. Therefore, an updated <br />Professional Service Agreement indicates the total cost of $12,279.55 for AEU to install <br />two new CCTV cameras at the courthouse. AEU proposes to install one new bullet <br />camera on southwest side of building near where the other two cameras are presently <br />installed, facing ballot box. Install one new mini dome camera mounted to ceiling in <br />basement. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited to install two new CCTV <br />cameras at the courthouse. <br />HANDLING: Return one fully executed original to the Sheriff s Office. <br />LEAD STAFF: Nancy Shaff, Chief Administrative Deputy <br />
