KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: November 5, 2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Ellensburg Family Medicine (Modification of this existing <br />agreement) <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Modification is to allow for additional <br />compensation for administrative fees, compensation for malpractice coverage cost <br />increase, and additional nursing hours. The total cost to the Contractor will increase from <br />no greater than $235,000 to no greater than $290,000. This will be paid from the same <br />fund. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Ellensburg Family Medicine (Modification of this existing <br />agreement). <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. Sheriff's Office to provide a <br />fully executed Agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by Ellensburg Family <br />Medicine. <br />LEAD STAFF: LEC Duncan <br />
