BOARD OF COUNTY GOMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS GOUNTY <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO.) 0gr.l- <br />Resolution Setting Fees for EV (Electric Vehicle) Gharging Stations <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County has built a new parking lot on the corner of Water and West 7th Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS: The County was required under the State energy code and as part of our building permit <br />for the parking lot to install EV Charging Station for use by the public; and <br />WHEREAS: The cost for the electrical power and the depreciation of the charging stations needs to <br />be covered by a user fee; and <br />WHEREAS: These are the first charging station installed by Kittitas County and a new fee structure is <br />required to be put into place; and <br />WHEREAS: The fee was calculated to cover the cost of the demand charge, consumption charge <br />transaction fee, maintenance and depreciation of the chargers.
